Neil is a highly experienced and qualified executive coach and trainer with enhanced and engaging leadership skills. His real passion is unlocking complex leadership, team and people challenges. In recent years he has worked internationally teaching, coaching, mentoring and where necessary “saying it straight” to individuals and teams as they develop and fulfil their full potential. Neil has a huge depth of knowledge and understanding of how people throughout any organisation think, act and behave. His experience is extensive and ranges from global business institutions to small start-ups at all levels from CEO right down to the coalface.

Licence to Practice

Neil’s leadership credentials were honed during his 28-year service as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Marine Commandos where he experienced the complete extremes of leadership, being a team player and facing extraordinary challenge. He still applies the Commando Spirit values of courage, determination, unselfishness and cheerfulness in the face of adversity in his approach to business life. In more recent years Neil has set up and run his own management consultancy specialising in leadership, high performing teams and executive coaching. He has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, across numerous industries and businesses all over the world. Neil has developed his own unique coaching and interactive approach that is strongly underpinned by positive psychology, boundless enthusiasm with effective listening and understanding. He focuses on the strengths of individuals and teams working with them to understand and develop their own authentic style in order to improve performance.
