Overview

Ursula is a senior consultant and executive coach. With more than 15 years of coaching, training, and facilitation experience in Europe and the United States, Ursula utilises her key assets of extensive international practice and intercultural expertise in her client work. Her profound knowledge of adult development complements her natural ability to connect with others to facilitate individual growth and create stimulating learning environments.​

Licence to Practice

Prior to her international coaching career, Ursula held a number of positions across a range of business sectors: Manager for Training and Development at IOR Global, Project Manager focusing on Intercultural Communication at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Program Coordinator, co-facilitating track II conflict resolution simulations at Harvard University. She currently teaches the graduate course, ‘Intercultural Coaching’, at the adjunct faculty at the University for Applied Languages (SDI), Munich, Germany. Ursula has published on “Challenges of a Multicultural Workforce” (Intercultural Management Quarterly, 2008) and “Developing your Cultural Team Charter” (The NASAGA Training Activity Book, 2012), amongst others.​
