Overview

Louise is English and has over 30 years' experience as a manager and consultant with an expertise in maximising the potential of individuals and teams in organisations. She works as a consultant and executive coach for both Fortune 500 companies and smaller enterprises, and is currently building her practice as a supervisor of coaches. She has a passion for projects involving cross cultural challenges and participates regularly in different leadership assessment processes and leadership development programmes.

Licence to Practice

Louise has lived and worked in six different countries in Europe and since 1999 lives near Barcelona. She thrives on the stretch that living cross-culturally provides. Her cross-cultural skills and linguistic ability are a distinctive part of her practice as they open the doors to global projects that are adapted to local markets. Prior to her international coaching career, she worked in Retail and Hotel Management as a Learning and Development Manager, finally holding the position of HR Manager for Novotel, Spain. Six years ago she founded a professional women’s peer mentoring group in the local business community. This continues to provide valuable support and encourages its members to deal positively and creatively with the challenges that they face. She now helps introduce this model into different types of organisations. Louise is actively involved in the Toastmaster Organisation in the Barcelona area and has achieved Competent Communicator level.
