Paul is an inspiring and award winning coach, facilitator and consultant, who has a concurrent career as a professional writer for theatre. He has worked with over 100 of the world’s leading companies, and is currently a faculty member on three separate Leadership programmes. Career highlights include developing a ground-breaking Leadership Engagement programme for BP, and a Careers Programme for Ernst & Young that won a national award for innovation.
