Kate is an executive coach and organisation consultant who brings her own experience of leadership and managing change in an international context to leaders, their teams and their organisations. Licence to Practice
Kate started her career as a Youth and Community Worker in Inner London and then worked with OXFAM for over 11 years, including 6 years as Country Director in Burundi, Angola and Mozambique, leading humanitarian emergency responses and longer term development programmes. On her return to the UK in 2000 she left OXFAM to offer consultancy support to leaders and teams in organisations.
