Elizabeth is a master coach, facilitator and keynote speaker. Her work focuses on leaders and senior managers who are taking their organisations through major transformations, enabling them to engage key stakeholders and management teams to implement successful transitions. She has a proven track record of delivering pragmatic, effective coaching and development solutions that meet emerging business needs. Licence to Practice

Elizabeth has extensive experience of coaching individuals from a variety of disciplines, ranging from geoscientists to international asset managers. With over 30 years' of expertise in coaching and development in the UK and abroad, she pioneered introducing internal coaching to the Civil Service. She is one of the 1% of coaches in the world to attain the International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach credential. She presents at a number of National and International Conferences on a range of topics concerning leadership, talent development and coaching. Conferences include, the USA Young Presidents Conference, EMCC Conference Sweden, ICF conference Switzerland and several CIPD conferences UK.
