Overview
Carla is an ICF accredited coach and a dramatherapist with over 15 years’ experience working with individuals, leaders and teams in both the private and public sectors. She works with clients in business, and personally, to find creative ways to approach challenges, constantly encouraging exploration of different perspectives and has a proven track record of motivating and supporting people to achieve their goals.

Licence to Practice
Prior to her coaching and dramatherapy career, Carla was responsible for Learning and Development for the Europe Eurasia region of Hess Corporation. Highlights included co-devising the Global Leadership and Career Development Programmes for both retail, corporate and upstream businesses, and co-ordinating a coaching programmes for managers and employees that was rolled out across the region, alongside numerous team building events to help improve communication and cohesion.
