Darren's career is diverse and it is this experience that informs his approach. First as a physical training Instructor in the Royal Air Force where he managed a variety of coaching situations to improve personal and professional performance. Next establishing himself in the Health and Fitness Industry as a successful personal trainer, coach and motivator for a range of professional individuals. Finally as a world class trainer and coach who continues his interest in sport and high performance. A semi-professional footballer, he also competes in triathlons and Ironman distance events. In 2014 he completed 3 marathons finishing the New York Marathon in a time of 3:53:54 – his personal best to date.
