Design and deliver a programme to shift the mindset of a global organisation’s leadership team and train them to become more effective Business Partners.

Ludic Faculty developed a state of the art SmartLearning leadership programme that enabled virtual participation, collaboration, coaching and networking for 600 simultaneous learners worldwide.

A global network of 40 coaches drew from different experiences and disciplines to curate a comprehensive knowledge library and develop the curriculum. The Faculty delivered the programme through self-learning, virtual classrooms and a of series one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant as they embarked on a bespoke, personalised learning journey.

Following the success of the programme with a 92% pass rate and customer satisfaction of the Business Partners increasing by 12%, the programme has been extended to allow more cohorts to join.
